Course Overview
- Duration: 3 Days
- certificate of attendance will be issued to those who fulfill 80% of attendance
This course is designed to provide participants with an introduction to CADCAM 4 & 5 axis concept, system and types of hardware, software and interfaces required. Focuses on different CAM techniques, geometry, modelling, selection of appropriate cycle and tooling. Able to program using CADCAM software (Delcam PowerMILL), verify the tool paths and apply on selected machine tool and perform the machining process to produce quality parts or components which include Introduction to 3+2 Axis Machining and Drilling, Positional Tool Move, Five Axis Tool Alignments, Surface Projection Machining and Simulation Application.
