To provide introduction to plastic flow analysis. Analysis process is important to provide accurate conditions of plastic processing in mould design and injection moulding. Clamping force, injection presure, temperature and fill time can be estimated via simulation as well as potential defects. Designers and moulders can now predict result and optimize the mould design and process to produce quality parts.
