Cambridge International Examinations Centre MY209

Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) is part of the University of Cambridge and prepares school students for life, helping them develop an informed curiosity and a lasting passion for learning.

The international qualifications are recognized by the world’s best universities and employers, giving students a wide range of options in their pathway to further their studies locally and abroad.

GMI is an authorized Cambridge Exam Centre (MY209) adhering to the highest international examination standards. We offer a comprehensive selection of Cambridge International AS & A-Level subjects (including options for Full A-Level, AS/A2 components, and Retakes).

We fully cater to internal students, private candidates, mature learners, and candidates requiring special exam accommodations.

Facilities

1. There are 6 science labs equipped with state-of-the art facilities for practical that could accommodate 24 students in one lab.

2. There are 6 multimedia labs for German language sessions in listening and oral practice and also to conduct examination.

3. CIE examinations will be conducted in our majestic hall under the strict control and regulations set by Cambridge.

Comprehensive Candidate Services:

  • Access Arrangements (Special Accommodations): We provide full and dedicated support for candidates with special educational needs, disabilities, medical conditions, or temporary injuries. This includes arrangements for extra time, modified question papers, assistive technologies, conducted strictly in accordance with Cambridge regulations.
  • Support for Mature Candidates: There is no age limit for registration. We welcome adult learners, working professionals, and mature candidates who wish to sit or re-take their CIE papers for professional growth and academic advancement.
  • Full CIE Compliance: Our centre provides fully equipped physics and chemistry labs, along with a comfortable and conducive examination venue to ensure a smooth testing experience for all candidates.

    – This contest is open to secondary school students born between January 1, 2007, and December 31, 2009.
    – Participants must follow at least one of the official social media accounts of the German-Malaysian Institute (GMI) to be eligible (Facebook, Instagram or Tiktok).
  2. Contest Participation
    – To enter the contest, participants must complete the quiz and submit their answers as instructed.
    – Participants are encouraged to create a unique and creative tagline related to GMI to increase their chances of winning.
  3. Agreement to Terms
    – By entering the contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
    – Participants must ensure that their submissions comply with all guidelines provided.
  4. Prizes
    – Details of the prizes will be announced at the start of the contest.
    – Winners will be selected based on the accuracy of their quiz answers and creativity of their tagline.
  5. Selection of Winners
    – Winners will be notified through the social media platform where they entered the contest.
    – The decision of the contest organizers is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. Privacy
    – Personal information collected during the contest will be used for the purpose of this contest and promotional activities and will be kept confidential.
  7. Liability
    The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent activity.
  8. Modification of Terms
    The organizers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes through the official GMI social media accounts.
  9. Acceptance
    By participating in the contest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

By signing this consent form, I, as the participant (or the parent/guardian of the participant, where applicable), hereby consent to the collection, use, and processing of the personal information provided solely for the purpose of administering the GMI online quiz competition.
