Kuala Kubu Bharu, 22 July 2026 – A strategic benchmarking visit to Darul Quran JAKIM has positioned the German-Malaysian Institute (GMI) to potentially integrate a proven Tahfiz model into its high-value TVET framework, marking a significant step toward holistic graduate development.
Led by Deputy Managing Director (Academic & Operations), Ts. Fahrul Rizal bin A. Halim, GMI delegation conducted the working visit to explore operational best practices, adapting Darul Quran established Tahfiz model for integration and collaborative opportunities.

This engagement directly supports GMI’s broader mission to produce competitive, highly skilled professionals who are also grounded in Al-Quran values. By aligning technical training with proven Islamic pedagogical frameworks, GMI aims to create a more comprehensive educational offering that meets both industries demands and spiritual development goals.
