Kajang, 12 March 2026 – The German-Malaysian Institute (GMI) has reaffirmed its commitment to integrity and ethical governance by successfully completing its second surveillance audit for the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS). NIOSH Certification conducted the external audit on 11-12 March 2026, with Lead Auditor, Mr. Hasnan bin Jamaluddin heading the assessment team alongside Mr. Mohd Natrah bin Loman and auditor in training, Mr. Ahmad Syafiq Mohamad.

The team rigorously evaluated the robustness of GMI’s ABMS implementation, examining the effectiveness of its internal audit process, management review protocols, and ongoing continual improvement initiatives. The assessment also confirmed the institute’s strong adherence to its own policies and to relevant regulatory requirements.
Achieving this milestone demonstrates more than compliance; it reflects GMI’s proactive approach to fostering a culture of transparency and accountability. This certification assures stakeholders, partners, and trainees that GMI upholds the highest standards of ethical conduct while delivering quality technical education and training.
By maintaining this accredited management system, GMI continues to strengthen stakeholder confidence and embed good governance into the foundation of its operations.
