This course is designed to provide participants with the fundamentals CNC Turning machine concepts with CNC simulation software that replicates an actual CNC machine control. Participants would b exposed to the technology, basic programming, cycles and CNC Turning machine operations.
Course Objectives
- Describe the components, features and principles operation of CNC Milling machine.
- Write CNC programs according to the drawing given and perform part simulation.
- Perform CNC turning operations such as work piece zero setting, tool setting, program editing and machining
