This is the follow-up to basic and fundamental course which provide participants with the additional key topics of CNC milling machine concepts with extension of contour programming, different type of coordinate system and cycle programming in CNC machine control. Participants would be exposed to the CNC milling components and features, the strengthen their knowledge before entering advances course.
Course Objectives
- Describe the components, features and principles operation of CNC Milling machine.
- Write CNC programs according to the drawing given and perform part simulation.
- Perform CNC milling operation such as work piece zero setting, tool setting, program editing and machining
